The Luxury Lake House is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of room to explore. While on your own private dock, enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing or bring your own boat or jet ski and enjoy all Smith Lake has to offer.

***After a relaxing day at the lake, come back to enjoy sitting around the campfire with roasted marshmallows or s’mores. Relax in a hammock or play a game of bean bag toss, while enjoying those stunning Smith Lake sunsets.

While back at Luxury Lake House, gather together on the covered back porch or dining room to play board games and share meals while still enjoying the view of Smith Lake. The Kitchen is equipment with all cooking utensils, glassware, oven, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and more.

**Bath towels and beach towels are provided.

**The Luxury Lake House bedding is as follows: 1 King Bed (sleeps 2); 1 Queen Beds (sleeps 2); Bunk Beds-Full size on bottom bunk for (sleeps * total in Bunks); Total of 10 can sleep in beds!

**The great room gives a grand view with large windows along the lakeside wall. A large TV is mounted above the fireplace for movie time-SmartTV with apps (YouTube, Youtube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, CBS, ESPN, Pandora) for streaming using your login accounts. Guests can also bring their set-top box (Apple TV, ROKU, Amazon Fire, Chromecast, etc.) for streaming movies, shows and other sports.

You can tie down your motorboat, jet skis, or pontoon at our boat dock after a day of swimming, water-skiing, jet skiing or fishing for largemouth bass, spotted bass, striped bass, bream, and crappie, and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the lake. We are in a cove and the waves aren’t that rough coming in.
